GOLDENLUX

Hi, I’m Marija — the owner and main photographer behind Goldenlux Photography. I studied Photography at Sheridan College, where I graduated with my Bachelor of Photography Degree in 2017. I started my photography business the following year, and in 2021 rebranded as Goldenlux Photography. I’ve always been drawn to photos that feel natural and real. Whether it’s a wedding day, a growing family, or a couple celebrating a new chapter, I love capturing the little moments that happen naturally — the laughs, the happy tears, the way you look at each other, and everything in between.

 

For weddings especially, I want you to actually enjoy your day rather than spend it worrying about the camera. I’ll guide you when needed, but I also leave plenty of room for things to unfold naturally so your photos feel like you, not overly posed or staged. 

 

My boyfriend, Nikola, often joins me as an assistant and second shooter. He’s become a big part of the Goldenlux experience and brings his own creativity and energy to the day.

My goal is simple: to make you feel comfortable, have a great time, and give you photos that bring you right back to how it all felt. To give you the GOLDEN experience!
